MAXIMUS CUP
Team Jupiter, led by coach Justine Mae Fuentes, has emerged as the resounding winner of the Maximus Cup, one of three competitions that determine the top teams in sales generation. When asked about her team’s success, Ms. Fuentes attributed Team Jupiter’s triumph to their perseverance.
“We were determined even after taking the lead in February. When there were days someone had no sale, we would sit down, discuss, and push each other to improve call quality so that we can make up for lost days moving forward,” she explained.
The Maximus Cup was held to determine the team with the highest number of generated sales leads from February to April 2023.
As the year’s first competition, the Cup was named after Bluebean’s most successful team in its 17-year history, Team Maximus. It was headed by former employee and team lead Mike Kalaw during the late 2000s.
Two more competitions are to be held this year, namely the Aslan Cup and the Easy Cup. Both were named as such to celebrate two other teams that have brought success to our organization in past years.
