A Message from the CEO

Why Developing People Has Always Been Our Greatest Strength

Our commitment to placing our workers at the forefront of our priorities, along with improving their welfare and quality of work life, has always been the guiding principles of our corporate philosophy. Having begun my BPO career in Operations and later transitioning into Human Resources, I have witnessed the remarkable journey of Bluebean while upholding this commitment, a journey defined not only by successes but also by the hurdles we've faced, primarily due to our stature as a relatively small company in a vast sea of BPO giants.

Yet, in the face of adversity, we've found our strength in nurturing talent. While larger BPO companies may have greater resources, our size has allowed us to give employees individualized attention and opportunities, making them feel like valued members of a close-knit community rather than just another cog in the machine.

This sense of belonging, combined with the investment we make in each person's development, has often translated into loyalty and dedication to our company's success. Many of our team members joined Bluebean with limited experience, but through the guidance, responsibility, and opportunities we provide, they developed into capable professionals whose growth has benefited both Bluebean and their own careers. Their achievements have contributed to our success while reinforcing a culture of trust, mutual respect, and shared commitment.

Our management philosophy is built on transparency and sincerity. We prioritize open channels of communication, ensuring our employees fully understand our dedication to their professional and personal well-being. Fostering open communication hasn't always been a smooth path, but we believe in its power to drive growth and improvement.

One of the principles we encourage among our managers is to mentor and develop their people as though they were preparing them for opportunities beyond Bluebean. This mindset reminds us that our responsibility is not simply to retain employees but to help them become capable professionals. While we hope our people build long and rewarding careers with us, we also take pride in knowing that those who pursue opportunities elsewhere are better equipped because of what they learned at Bluebean. We consider that part of our responsibility as an employer and a reflection of the trust we strive to build with every member of our team.

Yet, in the face of adversity, we've found our strength in nurturing talent.

When our team members do decide to embark on new journeys, we recognize the challenges it presents. Our industry is marked by fierce competition for talent, and the urgency demanded by new employers can disrupt our operations. Training new recruits to the level of proficiency our clients expect can be resource-intensive, affecting the continuity of our services. However, our years of experience have taught us to be adaptable and continually refine our retention strategies, striving to create an environment where employees choose to stay because they see the value and growth opportunities that we offer. And for our efforts, we have consistently maintained a low turnover rate compared to industry averages.

Bluebean has confronted the people-related challenges that come with being a smaller player in the BPO industry head-on. We've prioritized employee welfare, invested in developing capable professionals, and nurtured a culture of trust and accountability. We also respect their aspirations to explore new horizons, supporting their growth while minimizing disruptions caused by talent turnover, all to ensure the utmost satisfaction of our valued clients. Our 17 years have indeed been marked by challenges, but these have also highlighted the resilience and dedication that define our company.

Our unwavering commitment to creating a workplace where our team members can thrive remains steadfast. We eagerly anticipate the future and embrace challenges that lie ahead, confident that we will continue to excel and grow together.
