2022 AGENT OF THE YEAR
CINDY H. JIMENEZ
Every year, we honor our top agent whose performance exemplifies the ideals and values of the company. Nicknamed the “Blue Caduceus,” the Agent of the Year award goes to the agent who best epitomizes the Bluebean Caduceus staff, a symbol of the Bluebean worker who uses their intellect, vision, speech, and hands in the excellent execution of their responsibilities. For a company that puts a high premium on work excellence and achievement, this is no easy feat.
Awardees are shortlisted by measuring their production and efficiency, work quality, and compliance. The top five are then evaluated on their adherence to our core values, after which the top agent is chosen. From the time we first gave the award in 2007, past winners have either gone to find success elsewhere in other companies or industries or have become valued officers of our company.
CINDY H. JIMENEZ, 2022 BLUEBEAN AGENT OF THE YEAR
This year, we honor Cindy H. Jimenez. She is a proud member of Team Nike, one of the groups that make up our telco telesales account. Like the other prestigious members of this Blue Caduceus club, Cindy does not claim to have had it easy.
“Siguro isa doon yung kapag nafi-fail ka especially sa QA [audits], so yung mga pinagdaanan ko noon sa umpisa, so marami nang rejects [na sales] since may tinatawag na incentives monthly. So even if nari-reach ko naman yung sales or yung hot leads [targets] na kailangan, pero pagdating sa quality hindi ko po siya nakukuha. Siguro meron pang kulang or meron pa akong kailangang i-improve. Pero dahil doon, yun yung naging motivation ko para gawin yung best ko. Para yung lahat ng nagawa ko na alam ko na mali is hindi ko na siya nauulit. And at the same time, sinusunod ko rin yung mga binibigay sa akin na advice,” she explains.
Truly, her improvement and eventual success came about due to her dedication and diligence as well as trust that her mentors will push her to the top. The road may have been rough, but the rewards are great and gratifying.
